From The Scout Guide to your next chapter

Glad you found us.

Featured in Volume 11 of The Scout Guide Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky, HRH is built around a simple belief: you deserve time, perspective, and a physician who understands what matters to you.

The difference is the relationship

What if your physician
had time to truly listen?

You shouldn’t have to connect every dot on your own.

You may already have test results, recommendations, and a good medical team. What’s often missing is the time to make sense of it all—and a physician who stays engaged as your life and needs change.

HRH brings your concerns, health history, risks, and goals into one evolving strategy. We explore what matters, decide what deserves attention, and turn those decisions into practical next steps.

01

Understand you

Room for your questions, your story, and the realities of your life. Your priorities help shape the plan.

02

Make sense of the data

Selective assessment and physician interpretation. Testing serves a decision, with attention to what it can—and cannot—tell us.

03

Stay with the process

A long-term partnership to support action, revisit priorities, and refine your strategy as life evolves.

Start with what matters to you

What brings
you here?

There’s more than one way to begin.

Clarity before complexity

Bring the pieces. We’ll look at the picture.

When information feels fragmented, a focused physician review can help you understand your priorities, the questions still worth exploring, and what to do next.

A Strategic Review may be a useful first step.

Your HRH experience

Data is the beginning.
Direction follows.

Meaningful clarity. A personalized strategy. Practical action. Steady refinement.
We are the compass. You are the captain.

The starting point

First, we listen.

We begin with a discovery conversation. If the fit is right, we review your history, relevant records, current concerns, and the capabilities you want to preserve. Any additional assessment is individualized.

The story behind HRH

Why I built
High Resolution Health.

Jason A. Murray, MD, FACEP

Founder & Lead Physician

Dr. Murray at his desk, smiling and ready for a conversation

Emergency medicine taught me what can happen when important risks go unaddressed.

Over years on the front lines, I saw the consequences of disease and delayed recognition of risk. I began thinking more deeply about the conversations, decisions, and support that could happen earlier.

I built HRH to give that work the time and continuity it deserves. We start with your story, connect the medical details, and create a plan that reflects your priorities and responsibilities.

As a husband, father, and Cincinnati-area physician, I know that health has to fit into a full life. My goal is to help you understand your choices and keep moving forward—with a physician who knows the bigger picture.

Discuss the Strategic Review

A few things you may be wondering

Good questions.
Thoughtful answers.

Still curious? Your discovery conversation is a good place to start.

Who is HRH designed for?

Thoughtful adults who want more time, deeper understanding, and an active role in their health. You might be navigating competing responsibilities, trying to make sense of scattered recommendations, or thinking more intentionally about your future strength, function, and independence. You don’t need to be an athlete or already have everything figured out.

How is this different from an annual physical?

A physical can be an important part of your care. HRH adds a broader, ongoing process: understanding your goals and history, interpreting information in context, setting priorities, and revisiting the strategy over time. The relationship helps turn a point-in-time assessment into continued action.

Do I keep my primary-care physician?

Many HRH clients choose to keep their existing primary-care physician. Arrangements vary, and HRH does not claim to automatically replace your PCP or specialists. We clarify responsibilities and the scope of care together before you enroll.

Will I need a long list of tests?

Assessment is individualized. We start with what is already known and consider additional testing when it may clarify meaningful risk or change a decision. Not every client needs every test.

How do insurance and testing costs work?

The fees shown describe HRH’s membership and Strategic Review. Before you proceed, we’ll discuss what your arrangement includes, any separately billed labs or diagnostics, and questions about insurance. Please don’t assume that every test or outside service is included in a program fee.

Can I work with HRH virtually?

Virtual visits may be appropriate for some clients. Availability depends on your location, care needs, and applicable physician licensing requirements. We’ll discuss what is possible during your discovery conversation.

What happens in the discovery conversation?

We spend about 30 minutes discussing what you’re looking for, explaining the HRH experience, and considering whether there’s a good fit. The fee is $99 and does not obligate you to enroll in membership. It is an introductory conversation, not a clinical evaluation or a place for urgent care.

What does progress look like?

Progress is personal: clearer priorities, habits you can sustain, changes in relevant measures, and a plan that evolves with you. In ongoing care, a focused 12-week planning cycle can make larger goals manageable. No program can guarantee a specific result or prevent every illness.
